If I could be anywhere right now, I would be in the mountains. Rainier or the Olympics. On the trail, surrounded by trees. Just hiking. No place to be for weeks.
I'd bring friends. Whitman, Thomas, Thoreau, Hopkins and Plath.
No music, TV, internet, facebook, phone calls, text messages, cars, schedules, agendas, papers, assignments or readings.
Complete solitude and rest
